Delivery and shipping costs
All orders are shipped by PostNL. Depending on the country of destination and your selection the order will be shipped by regular mail or with Track and Trace. If you use for shipping without Track & Trace Tabletto cannot be held responsible for lost during transport.

Orders will be shipped within 1 – 2 workdays after you have received the shipping confirmation by e-mail. If you choose for Track & Trace you will receive a tracking number which you can track your order with at postnl.nl.

We will ship your order directly to the address you provided when you placed your order. Please make sure your address is correct before submitting your order. If an incorrect address is entered, you may be responsible for covering both return fees and re-shipping fees. Please note: we are unable to change the delivery address of a parcel once it has been dispatched.

Returns
You have the right to return the goods you ordered on the Tabletto webshop within 8 days after receiving the goods. We only accept returns if you return the goods with all delivered accessories and in the original condition and packaging. Unpacking or testing the product before returning is only acceptable to the extent necessary to judge whether you wish to keep the product or not. Please note that we won’t accept returned goods if they are damaged by the customer.

If you wish to return your order, all return-shipping costs and eventual custom or import taxes are at your own expense. If you want a refund and the returned goods meet the above stated conditions, we will return the amount of the payment for the goods, without shipping costs, as quickly as possible. This will be no later than 30 days after we have received your return.

During sale offers the policy explained above will not apply. Tabletto will not accept any returns or exchanges for sale items.

Before returning the goods, please fill in the return form that you get by sending a email to info@tabletto.nl and send this along with your return within 8 days to the following address:

Make sure you send the return with a tracking number because Tabletto cannot be held responsible for lost returns during transport.

Payment methods
For worldwide payments we accept PayPal. For payment in The Netherlands we accept iDeal.

Order confirmation
After you complete the checkout and payment process of your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail. A second confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as your payment is successfully registered by our payment service provider (PayPal).

Shipping confirmation
Your order will be dispatched within 2 workdays from the time you placed the order. You will receive a shipping confirmation immediately after your order is dispatched.

Prices
All prices in the Tabletto webshop include Dutch VAT (19% or 6%). The shipping costs are always excluded from the prices stated on the Tabletto webshop. Total price including shipping costs is given during the check out process. All prices in the Tabletto webshop are displayed in Euro (€).

Privacy
In order for you to purchase goods and to give you the best service possible you need have a PayPal account.
We only use your personal information for processing and delivering your order correctly and for keeping you up-to-date about your order. The payment information you fill in during the check-out process won’t be stored in our database.

Security
To secure your personal information during the checkout process we use the secured envoirement of PayPal or iDeal.

Disclaimer
It is our ambition to run the Tabletto webshop without any errors and providing correct and up-to-date information. However, we cannot guarantee this.
We put a lot of effort into a good representation of materials and colors, but this may differ from the actual product. We cannot be held responsible for differences between the item shown on the webshop and the actual product, caused by your browser, computer settings or computer system.

Governing law
