Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after placing your order. Please check all details. In case something went wrong during the check-out process please contact us a.s.a.p. at info@tabletto.nl

Delivery and shipping costs
Orders are shipped by PostNL or DHL. Depending on the country of destination and your selection the order will be shipped by regular mail or with Track and Trace. If you choose shipment without Track & Trace Tabletto cannot be held responsible for loss during transport.

Orders will be shipped within 1 – 2 workdays after you have received the shipping confirmation by e-mail. If you choose for Track & Trace you will receive a tracking number.

We will ship your order directly to the address you provided when you placed your order. Please make sure your address is correct before submitting your order. If an incorrect address is entered, you may be responsible for covering both return fees and re-shipping fees. Please note: we cannot change the delivery address of a parcel once it has been dispatched.

Taxes and other additional costs
Please note that depending on your region local charges can occur. These charges are at your own expense.

Exchange & return policy
In case you changed your mind or you are not satisfied with the product, it’s possible to return your product within seven (7) days after receiving the product. Please note:

– The item is returned in its original condition and shipment packaging.
– The shipping costs of the return/exchange are fully at your expense.
– The item is your responsibility until received back at Tabletto, having a tracking number for your shipment would be advised.
– Enclose your receipt with your name, address, and reason for the return. In case of an exchange specify the item you prefer.
– The refund will be for the purchased items only, not for the initial paid shipping costs.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 
  • Unclaimed parcels that are returned to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds (purchase excluding shipping costs) will be paid back within 30 days. In case the item is replaced by another item we try to handle the replacement within 5 working days after the item is received back.

The Information collected
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on tabletto.nl webstore, where you can order products, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

  • Address (billing and or shipping)

  • Payment information as provided by you (i.e. Credit/Debit Card Information, Paypal details or other Bank information) to make the transaction possible

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with third parties except the ones necessary to complete your order. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties.
We use your email addresses to keep you informed about your order status. Occasionally we will use it to inform you about our new collection or a sales event. The email address is not used for any other purpose.

Correct or delete your information
You can correct or delete your personal information at all times by sending an email to help@marjoleindelhaas.com. For administrative reasons, we cannot delete invoices or information linked to orders placed in our website.

Unsubscribe to newsletter
